Build strength, improve balance and maintain independence! This inclusive class is open to all abilities, with movement options tailored to your body’s needs - including seated exercises if needed. Stay strong, steady, and confident in your everyday activities with a supportive and encouraging community! Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
