Ladies Flow Dance

Step into a welcoming space created just for women to move, connect and express themselves through dance. This uplifting class encourages you to reconnect with your body, embrace free movement and explore self-expression in a supportive environment. Through guided and intuitive movement, participants can experience greater body awareness, emotional release and personal growth.
