Resistance Training

Each strength-focused class starts with a warm-up, followed by sets of exercises using weights or resistance bands, and finishes with a cooldown and stretch. Movements can be adapted to suit your needs, helping you build strength safely and effectively! Please bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes you can move in, as well as your own set of hand weights if you have (there will be some on-site if you do not!)
