YOGA

Explore the foundations of yoga, including breathwork, movement and meditation, while learning ways to care for your body and support everyday well-being. Classes include slow, relaxing sessions and gentle flowing movements to build mobility and strength. Posture options are offered so movements can be adapted for all abilities, including using a chair. Beginners and experienced participants are welcome. Yoga is for every “body”! Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
